HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Bi-Weekly Calls - We will schedule 2 coaching calls a month
  • Calls will be scheduled on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Each call, via phone or video conference will be 60 -90 minutes in length
  • Calls will be recorded and sent to you so you can review them again if necessary
  • You'll be given specific tasks to complete
  • Problem Solving: Each coaching session we'll focus on a specific issue or problem you are having 
  • Accountability: Followup discussions on previous goals/objectives from previous calls 
  • Homework: At times I will require you to complete certain tasks that in the end will help you grow your business
  • Share best practices to help you manage your sales team
